Herbert von Karajan - My Collections


My interest in Herbert von Karajan started in 1992. At first I bought Laserdiscs and CDs aided by John Hunt's excellent Discography and Concert Register. As I read the available biographies and my interest grew I started to collect Concert Programmes and other items of Memorabilia such as Press photographs. A few years ago I extended my collecting interest into early vinyl recordings particularly on the Columbia label.
With the launch of the website in 2003 I can now share these collections with other Karajan admirers.
